First and most important, we designed this head to work in at least 99+% of all the Cadillac 500 performance engines that have ever or will ever be built.
The "FR" (Factory Replacement) version has high velocity ports that provides great low end street manners while producing a similar flow to Ported Iron heads; and weighing in at only 38lbs each.
The best head for both Naturally Aspirated or Power-Adder applications, as there is plenty of "Extra Room" for additional CNC porting, up to 380 CFM's. That's enough air flow to support 750HP in a Carb or EFI setup, or 1,200+ when using in a blower or Turbo application.
